We want to thank you for drafting the plans for our new room addition and navigating them through the City of Carlsbad in such an effiecient manner. As 30 year homewoners, in the same house, we have never embarked on such an agressive project, consequently we were novices when it came to the building process. Your advice, your recommendations, and your willingness to go above and beyond are greatly appreciated. We had always heard that pulling a construction permit was an extremely cumbersome process and you made it happen quickly and painlessly.

When a friend recommended we give you a call our dreams of adding on to our home were "put to bed" because inquiries before you made it seem so difficult. You saw our vision in our first meeting and than made it happen.

We employed Paul Smith for two projects, a barn and agricultural building. For the barn, Paul drew our plot plans and made the permit process a breeze.

With the ag building, Paul navigated through some snags with City of Oceanside, and his tenacity save the day. He also saved us a lot of money and more importantly - time.
